AGUAJE AND TURMERIC YOGURT

INGREDIENTS:

  • -1 cup of natural yogurt
  • -2 tbsp of aguaje flour
  • -1 pinch of turmeric
  • -1/2 mashed banana or 1 tsp of honey or Yacon syrup
  • – Serve with aguaymantos or fruit of your choice

PREPARATION

-In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until it forms a puree.
-Add the powdered aguaje and turmeric, stir until you have a homogeneous paste.
-Then add the yogurt and stir until all the ingredients are combined.
-Serve and decorate with aguaymantos or fruit of your choice. You can also add granola, grated coconut, cocoa nibs, etc.

Amazonia-Labs Healhy OATMEAL with Algarrobo Powder

INGREDIENTS:

1. Take ½ cup quick-cooking oats or rolled oats in a pan.

– 1 tbsp of Algarropo powder

2. Add 1/2 cups of water.

– 1 cup of vegetable milk

-1 tbsp of chia

– Cinnamon

– Strawberries, kiwi, seeds or toppings of choice

PREPARATION

-Cook the oats in a pot with the vegetable milk, carob, cinnamon and chia. Add water if necessary and cook to the desired consistency.
-Serve with fruits of your choice, this time strawberries and kiwi were used, as well as seeds.

LUCUMA AND CAMU CAMU ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

  • – 2 cups of chopped mango
  • -1 cup vegetable milk of your preference
  • -1/2 cup of natural yogurt –
  • – 1 tbsp of lucuma powder
  • -1 tsp of camu camu powder
  • -1 tsp of yacon syrup or honey

PREPERATION
– Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth shake. Taste and correct sweet if necessary.
– Place the mixture in ice cream buckets or disposable glasses, add an ice cream stick and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Serve and enjoy.

Serve 4-6 portions

Amazonia-Labs CHOCOLATE MUGCAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg or egg substitute
  • tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 tbsp oats (in flakes or flour)
  • 1-tbsp veg. milk 
  • tsp baking powder -Honey, sweetener or yacon-syrup to taste.
  • Cinnamon
  • Banana, strawberries, choice of peanut butter or toppings for garnish

PREPARATION

-Beat the egg and mix with the banana, cocoa, oatmeal, baking powder and milk.
-Integrate the ingredients well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
-Take in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
-Serve with banana, strawberries and peanut butter

Amazonia-Labs Camu Camu ice cream

INGREDIENTS
1tz of natural yogurt1tz of berries

1 / 2tz vegetable milk approx

1 tsp camu camu powder

Honey or sweetener to taste

PREPARATION

-Heat 1 / 2tz of berries, ideally frozen, in a frying pan or in the microwave so that they “melt”, add honey, Yacon-syrup or sweetener to taste.
-Then mix the natural yogurt with the berries, add honey or sweetener to taste, the vegetable milk and the camu camu.
-Pour the mixture into ice cream buckets, add the rest of the whole blueberries and freeze until ready.

Amazonia-Labs LUCUMA SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:1 cup of vegetable milk of your preference

1 previously chopped and frozen banana

2 tbsp of lucuma powder

1 tbsp of yacon syrup

Optional: ice to blend and add granola to decorate when serving.

PREPARATION
-Liquefy all the ingredients to obtain a creamy mixture. In case it is very liquid, the mixture can be frozen for 15 minutes so that it has consistency.
-Serve with granola, seeds, dry-fruit, grated coconut or the topping of your preference.
