Delivery times
All shown delivery times are estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery time is the total transit time of your packages. In other words, it is the total days a package on the route. Estimated delivery times are calculated based on the average delivery time of parcels for the last 30 days. Once we have shipped your order, we can not influence the actual shipping procedure. If, for any reason, your parcel does not arrive in 30 days after you have placed your order, you are eligible for a full refund on the condition that you refuse the parcel upon arrival. Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, our minimum order value is $25 (excluding shipping fees) to spread delivery costs. We do not have a maximum order value.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Once your payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 working days.

How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Nieuw Vennep, The Netherlands by USPS. Once you’ve placed your order, delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Thanks to all hard working postal services, we can keep our shipping fee affortable. We, as well as the same hard working postal service kindly ask you to order in time. The closer to Christmas, the parcels will start to queue as well on the European departure facilities as the American and Canadian arrival facilities.

What is your return policy?
You have the right to request a full refund on all products bought on our website within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. AmazoniaLabs holds the right to additional charges if returns do not meet this criteria.

Pre-paid return-labels provided by AmazoniaLabs to the customer must be used within 7 days of the shipping labels creation date. AmazoniaLabs holds the right to refuse any returns shipped after this timeframe.

How can I return my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received, please send an inquiry by e-mail for a return label to You need your order number and the email address you used for the order, you will get further instructions there. Once returned, we will refund you the full value of purchased products to the same account from which the original payment was made.
